There are times when your business will need an IT Support Engineer to attend site.  It may be, for example, to change a power supply, restore an internet connection, or perform some other physical task such as inspecting the server hardware, and switches.

Nemark’s On Site IT Support Service gives you guaranteed response times, no separate call-out charges, and no labour charges, meaning one low monthly cost covers your entire Network, including both Servers and Workstations, from any eventuality.

We don't quibble or procrastinate either; if you need help and our Virtual Engineer is not suitable, we hit the road!

Unlimited On-Site IT Support

Our On-Site IT Support facility is on hand across the UK to both IT Support Contract clients and ad-hoc clients who need professional assistance. A point to note that as you become a contracted client of Nemark, you also get preferential service and call slots meaning that you can rely on fast, effective IT Support from our specialist Support staff no matter what the problem.

With Nemark's On Site Support Service you are guaranteed Engineer availability within a pre-agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement).  This may be, for example, within two hours for your Server(s), and eight hours for your Workstations.  It’s all flexible; you decide what you need, and we will deliver accordingly. Unlike some IT Support companies, we don’t sell off the shelf support packages because we know every business is different and has different needs and requirements.  Therefore the package that you get is designed around you and your business.

We have listed some examples, below, of recent bespoke packages for new clients:-

Client :  Based in Sheffield
Requirement : The client already had IT Support cover on their server with the software manufacturer and so just needed just remote support on 15 workstations.  After discussing response times and service levels a bespoke IT Support package was developed that suited the client’s budget and support needs.
 
Client :  Based in London, Lincolnshire and South Coast
Requirement : The client had grown tired of bad IT Support and asked Nemark for a quotation. In looking at the clients base of operations it was advised that some changes should be made to the clients network. This resulted in the client working more efficiently and all remote workers able to work from anywhere in the world using a Microsoft Terminal Server. Since installation the client has had a much more efficient working environment and a bespoke IT Support Contract based on remote workers being able to access IT Support as though they were in the office.
 
Client :  Based in Birmingham
Requirement : The client’s previous IT Support supplier was not able to offer the type of support they needed and so Nemark were asked to quote for a specific service level to cover a server hosting system in Sheffield, and a 50-seat network in Birmingham.  After an initial inspection a package was drawn up that was acceptable to the client, and the IT Support contract was duly awarded to Nemark.
