The firm needed a new telephone system that allowed the fee earners / solicitors to work from home, but still be available to take calls as though they were in the office. They also needed connectivity to the office computer system. We had been recommended to the client by a third party. The company was moving in to a new set of offices and needed a full Business Telephone System installation that allowed remote workers and internal staff communication. A full VoIP telephone system was designed for the client with over 75 seats. To compliment this we also installed a full call monitoring software package to enable their call centre staff performance to be monitored visually. |
