What is covered?

To put it simply, if your company has a contract with Nemark for its IT Support, you will have selected either our standard remote support service, or a full on-site package, which comprises the basic remote support, supplemented with on-site engineering services when required. This means that any IT Support problem you have will be handled quickly and effectively and without unexpected labour costs.

Response times

Nemark have several different service levels available depending on your business’ requirements and how mission critical your hardware support needs are.

Servers typically have a 1 hour response time for Remote support and 4 hours to site when an engineer call-out is required.

Workstations are similar with a typical call-out to site of 8 hours but still benefiting from the 1 hour Remote IT Support facility.

It is not a problem if your requirements are different from the above; our bespoke IT Support Contract caters for every eventuality and requirement and can be tailored to fit your individual requirements.
