Installing an entire Network is far more involved than simply turning up in a van and laying cables, booting up servers and plugging in switches. It requires a degree of care that is often not anticipated.
Aside from the physical distractions and interruptions, there are issues such as clean swap-over from old to new, managing staff attitudes and handling re-training as necessary. There is no need for any of these issues to be insurmountable, but their careful handling is essential. |
