Managing Director who personally oversees all client cases and ensures that quality is always more important over quantity and has done so for over 18 years.

Neil Robinson

Neil is our Technical Director and manages the onboarding of new clients. He’s also in charge of initial consultations and for the planning of Solutions that work for new and existing clients alike. He is a great listener, has vast amounts of technical knowledge and over 25 years of IT experience at Director level. On a human level, he understands the pressures put on managers and business owners to ensure their solutions are fit for purpose and always bears this in mind during any intervention.

Shaun Robinson

Shaun heads up the Server and Platform Solutions Department. He ensures that your systems are set up correctly with efficiency and reliability as his top priorities. With over 15 years of experience managing server networks he has the skill and experience to ensure that your Network is built to work reliably. Shaun’s also a security whizz, and has delivered many “Cyber Essentials” accreditations for those clients requiring it for either compliance or commercial reasons. To say he knows a thing or two would be an understatement!

Daniel Cox

Dan has a broad and deep skillset but generally he is in charge of Cloud Migrations. Working alongside Neil, he plans out all migrations from the initial “get go” right through to to final handover. His competencies include anything from simple Office 365 Hosted email to multi-platform Cloud / on-premise hybrid solutions. With more than 20 years experience Dan is great at spotting the potential in emerging technologies and started moving people to Cloud before the word “cloud” was a thing!

Present Day, Nemark are now known as a leading provider of Cloud and Hybrid Solutions in the UK, across virtually every business sector including Medical, Legal, Accountancy, Construction, Retail and Recruitment.

2016

2016, Office 365 comes alive! After a somewhat shaky start, Office 365 becomes sufficiently stable for Nemark to begin offering it as an alternative to on-premise Exchange (email) Servers.

2012

2012, introduction of hybrid solutions to help bridge the gap for clients needing the flexibility of Cloud but who didn’t have access to the communications infrastructure required.

2011

2011, strategic partnerships formed with key delivery partners allow Nemark to bring multi-faceted solutions into the mainstream. Where one technology was weak, a co-delivered solution would bridge the gap and the resulting product was bulletproof.

2005

2005, the shift to Cloud (even before it was so-called) and Nemark took on new skillsets to deliver this emerging set of solutions. This culminated in the building of a dedicated Data Centre in Sheffield.

2000, as Nemark became more and more trusted by its clients, other services were added to its portfolio namely Telephone Systems, Website Development and Hosting along with general Software Development.

1998, As the IT Support Client base grew, more investment was made in the infrastructure supporting them. Better systems, IT Engineer training, client onboarding processes.
