  • How much does RMM Cost?

    Actual cost varies according to the number of devices protected, but cover starts from as little as £4 + vat pcm per device.

  • We don’t have on-premises servers. How does RMM help with getting Cyber Essentials Certification?

    It helps in a number of ways but mainly, because it fulfils two of the main requirements;

    a) Allows enforcement of centrally-held policies across the network, even without a server.
    b) Provides the correct framework for managing software patches for not only windows but most commonly installed software titles.

  • Will RMM slow our machines down?

    No. The RMM agent we use is very “light” and also, we must factor in that it’s a force for good on the machine, for example by helping to ensure that rogue processes don’t hog the CPU or that disk space does not become too low.
