  • Can I use my existing telephony equipment?

    This depends on what you have, but we can certainly assess this and provide an opinion. Certainly, our services do not obligate you to purchase telephony hardware from us, but it makes sense to do so if required since you can then be sure it will all work together.

  • Can I bring over my current numbers?

    Usually, yes. We’d need to do some checks as some number registrars do not allow porting but we can advise this prior to you making any commitment.

  • What about local numbers?

    We can supply local numbers for branch offices, for example, to enable callers to feel assured that they’re dealing with someone in their area as opposed to just calling a Headquarters.

  • What’s the tie-in period?

    For Microsoft Teams-based systems it’s 12 months. For our alternative VoIP solutions it’s generally a 24 or 36 month term, although 12 month terms can be agreed if this is important.
