    We’ve handled these types of issues before and whilst each situation is different, we do pride ourselves on our tact, professionalism and sensitivity – crucial in achieving a productive spirit of collaboration.

    In very strained circumstances, the overlapping IT Support period further helps to ensure cooperation through the strength of your pre-existing contracts.

    In the absolute worst case scenario, we can start from scratch and do a ground-up learning of your current network / pain points etc. and go through your various business functions resetting passwords as required. It’s definitely not the preferred way, but through careful management and patience, we can get to the same end goal.

  • Do you make a charge for liaising with the outgoing provider?

    No we do not. Once you’re under contract with us, we provide all liaison services free of charge.
