The business world is currently under something of an assault from the COVID19 Pandemic and the situation is changing rapidly, often on an hourly basis.   Increasingly, people are being asked to work from home to minimise the chances of spreading the virus.

Like many of you, we at Nemark have also taken the decision to close the office and we’re now all working from our homes to minimise the risk of infection.

During this time, though, our services will remain unaffected; our telephone numbers stay the same, the ticket system works as normal and you will still be able to speak to our engineers as though they were sat in Nemark HQ.

We have found that there are lots of requests coming through from our clients to explore the possibility of their working from home and we, as your IT department, are happy to assist.  However, due to the unprecedented number of requests, these services are taking slightly longer than normal to implement.

We hope you can understand that these are extreme circumstances and bear with us while we get our clients up and running.   In summary, we are still here to help, still able to help, and look forward to delivering continued support to all our clients through this difficult and unsettling time.
