It’s simple – we want to get better at everything we do to ensure you are free to do what you do best, which is running your business. Every day in the office, we have a team briefing and review of the previous day’s work or ongoing projects to ensure that everything went OK, everything is on track, every client is happy and there are no skeletons lurking to give either us or you a nasty surprise along the way. All too often we hear from new clients that their old IT Support provider “fixed it and the issue came back”. We don’t want that to happen – ever. It doesn’t help you and it doesn’t help us either! We believe that this ethos is working too, with over 50% of our clients nearing the 20 year anniversary with us and a further 18% nearing 10 years too. This is the yardstick by which we measure our performance, if we keep you happy, then we keep you!
This is not just jargon or written for the website (although we are putting it on the website shortly), it is literlaly what we do, each day, day in, day out!
Finding a new client is not easy, keeping them is harder still and we are REALLY GOOD at that!
